Great concentrated citrus fertilizer
I bought this for my son who recently bought a home with a lemon tree. I have several citrus trees and this is a miracle worker! I started using it last February and yellow leaves turned a healthy green, and I now have a load of fruit ready to pick. It is concentrated so a teaspoon per gallon of water once every week or two is all you need. 👍🏻

A good fertilizer, but does not include all of the nutrients for optimum growth of citrus trees.
I grow a few different citrus trees in my basement garden under LED lighting. Although I have grown almost all of our veggies and herbs indoors for over 10 years, citrus trees are relatively new to me. Since I use Farmer's Secret fertilizers for some of my veggies and have been happy with it, I bought this fertilizer for my citrus trees prior to doing research on the nutritional needs of citrus trees. After doing some research of multiple sources, I found that citrus trees require nitrogen, magnesium, calcium, and iron for optimal growth and fruit production and tend to need more supplemental nutrients, described as macronutrients, than other plants. Nitrogen has the greatest effect on citrus growth and appearance; it is the element used most to produce leaves, flowers and fruit. Phosphorus, particularly concentrated in younger tissue, helps the citrus store and use energy and take in nutrients; it also is essential for cell division and growth. Potassium and calcium are used in relatively great amounts by citrus to produce leaves, flowers and fruits. Magnesium is crucial in photosynthesis and stimulates phosphorus uptake, while sulfur is a part of many proteins and improves root growth, vigor and hardiness. Iron is important for chlorophyll production. Reviewing the nutrient analysis on the label, this fertilizer lists iron, but does not include magnesium or calcium which are crucial elements in a fertilizer for citrus trees. I did find another brand of citrus tree fertilizer that includes all of the elements required by citrus trees, but it lacks a bit in nitrogen. When buying a fertilizer, it is important to know the requirements of the plants you are growing. In my opinion, this fertilizer is lacking some of the crucial macronutrients required by citrus trees, and would not be as effective as a fertilizer that includes them. In my opinion, this is a good fertilizer, but a supplement of calcium/magnesium may be necessary if your citrus trees indicate a deficiency. I hope this review was helpful for you

Lemon trees are happy!
Very effective! The strength is strong! It does not take much , be sure to read directions for the age of your tree. But I followed directions and my baby lemon tree has been thriving! The leaves are so green and healthy and I can always tell after a feeding, within a day ir 2 it looks so happy and grows a little more. Remember to be patient with citrus trees... they take time but are so worth the time you put into them

It’s very convenient to use this liquid fertilizer for my calamansi (calamondin) dwarf tree.

Great for citrus
I purchased this for a grapefruit tree which was planted 5 years ago and my dwarf lime tree planted 3 years ago. The grapefruit tree has produced great, large fruit, however, last year the fruit was small. I believe it was because of the very hot summer here in Arizona. This year about 1/3 of the leaves are yellow to green. I started using this product and I'm hopeful this will make a difference. I used a bloom and fruit booster from this company 2 years ago and it definitely made a difference. I rated this 4 stars because I'm very hopeful it performs well and improves my grapefruit tree and boosts my lime tree's growth. I will revisit this review in a few weeks after weekly use.

High performing product from great company
Just buy the gallon and use it for everything to simplify. Only got to use it at the end of the season, but I've seen great results (followed instructions). I use this and calmag+ (includes all the other micro nutrients) to feed the soil. Check your PH and NPK analysis. Plants won't be able to absorb certain nutrients if you're PH isn't correct (6.0 for my citrus and 6.2 for everything else) or if you're too high on a particular macro nutrient (NPK). Had issues with a damaged container but customer service responded promptly. Nice to know people still know how to do business.

Small bottle, highly concentrated synthetic fertilizer
Advertised as a "citrus tree booster" but there is nothing special other than the application directions for use on citrus. The company uses different labels for the same product and seems to be aiming to a niche market. For example they sell the same 6-5-5 formula with different labels for specialty plants Calathea, Pachira, Pothos and Snake Plant. The 4-15-12 guaranteed analysis for this product is all derived from synthetic chemicals so this is not organic. The high phosphate formula is far more than most soils need. They recommend less frequent application for container plants than in-the-ground which to me does not make much sense since the nutrients are more likely to leach out in containers unless you have very sandy soil.
