Formulated using a 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose carbohydrate blend, our C30+ gels deliver 30g of fast-absorbing carbohydrate and 75mg of caffeine with an exceptionally low risk of gastrointestinal distress. Review: Great gels for long distance running/cycling - The Neversecond C30+ Energy Gel + Caffeine is a standout for anyone needing nutrition during endurance sports. They are fairly priced and provide a good amount per serving. The consistency is very liquidy, almost watery, which makes it easy to swallow even while running or cycling. This also means it absorbs into your system quickly, giving you an almost immediate energy boost when you need it most. The flavor is mild and not overly sweet, which is a huge plus during long-distance workouts when overly sugary gels can get cloying or make your stomach upset. I’ve never experienced any discomfort while using these, even in the middle of half marathons, which is often the biggest concern with energy gels. Performance-wise, these gels do exactly what they promise. I’ve relied on them during multiple long runs, and they provide sustained energy that helps push through those tougher miles without the jitters or crashes that some other caffeinated gels can cause. They also work well alongside water or electrolyte drinks, making them a flexible option for race day or long training sessions. Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable, fast-absorbing energy gel with caffeine that actually sustains performance, the Neversecond C30+ is a solid choice. It’s practical, effective, and easy on the stomach, everything you want in a race-day fuel. Review: The edge we all need! - I think this is the edge we all need. My running mileage with sensible fueling has now increased. No stomach issues, enjoyable flavour ( berry) easy to open whilst mid run, and it provides clean energy with no negative effects. I am going to order some other flavours. ## Features - BERRY FLAVOR + CAFFEINE: The next evolution of caffeinated energy gels perfectly proportioned to deliver exactly what you need and nothing you don’t.
