Strong Umbrella
Great umbrella, keep you dry, what's more to want from an umbrella, well I know one thing maybe it opening without the force of a Tyson Fury punch, lol.The first time I opened this umbrella it open with such force it turned it inside out. it was easy to fix and has been fine ever since and it's been through a lot of rain and snow this winter, just be mindful not to press the button that opens the umbrella on the handle, while you use it, as it doe also close with some force and wont care if your below it, haha.

Compact and strong.
Keeps the rain off and doesn't take up too much room when folded. Only used in light drizzle so far, but will see how it handles pouring rain and wind.

Great little umbrella
The media could not be loaded. This umbrella is well made and is easy to use with the button being easy to press to open or to semi-close.It is of a standard size - meaning that it is large enough for daily use while not being of golf umbrella size. The action to open is smooth and quick, the close action just releases the umbrella hood - you need to push the umbrella back 'home' to put it away again. The fabric is pretty hard wearing and handles a deluge really well.At the current price of £9.99 I think it is fair as it is a step above the stand 'automatic' umbrellas in both function and quality of materials.

Unique inverted design
I quite like the design of this umbrella - having an inverted close design means there will be less water dripping everywhere when closed.Easy to open/close at the push of a single button.Canopy is a good size and keeps me well sheltered from the rain. While the ribs seem fairly sturdy, the umbrella isn't entirely windproof as it blew inside out in average winds. It is also heavier than my other travel umbrellas, but takes up the same amount of room in my bag.Costs £13.99 at the time of this review on a deal (usual RRP £15.99).I think this is still good value at either price, and does a good job.

Compact, Good Quality and an Impressive Open Mechanism
The media could not be loaded. This umbrella is a well designed, nifty piece of kit.I love how compact it is, it feels like it has a good build quality and it doesn’t look too bad on the eye either! To discharge the umbrella, you press the button on the handle and it shoots open.To close it back up again you pull the under side of the umbrella and push it back into the handle. The mechanism feels very well built and easy to operate. The structure of the umbrella feels very stable and size wise, it could just about protect 2 adults under the canopy.

Good umbrella for the price
I wouldn't describe this as compact like the description calls it as it's about the standard size for an umbrella, the canopy when opened is big enough for one person but it's 32cm in length when folded up which is a standard size I would say so best to check the measurements which are pretty accurate. The umbrella itself though is good and the button which opens and collapses the canopy works well. With a press of the button it shoots up and opens the canopy automatically and a second press will collapse. The pole of the umbrella is sturdy and while I've not been able to test it out in strong winds I found the umbrella held up well in some windy weather we've had recently.

Powerful opening umbrella but handle kids sized
The media could not be loaded. Lets be honest. Umbrellas of this type are there for emergency. If you are going to head out and it is already raining then you will use a full sized umbrella, compact foldables such as this are for sticking in a bag (or in my case the water bottle pocket on the size of my work bag, as can be seen in one of the photos) and many will be rarely, if ever used. Thus any concerns I have over how long the mechanism will last are moot and I have now tested it over a dozen times both opening and closing without any issues.Pressing the button and the umbrella extends and opens very rapidly, enough to cause recoil (see the video). To retract/close you need to press the button again and the top snaps closed, though you then have to push the head down. Note the button only works to open if the head is fully retracted. Press the button again to close, then press a third time and nothing will happen. This umbrella is highly sprung both closed and fully open, I suspect in time this will cause failure but do not see this an issue for the reasons in my first paragraph. The only thing is if it left closed for too long then I can see the contained pressure causing a break. Time will tell. Why did I score this 4 stars, not 5, well one reason. The handle. Makes no difference how clever or strong the mechanism may be if the handle is too small to hold and that is the case here. The handle is far too small, almost child sized. I have average sized hands and I struggle to hold this comfortably or securely (again no benefit from an umbrella that can survive strong winds if a sudden gust pulls it out of your hand).
