Review: Not possible to be fixed - Prodyct works fine... Until it breaks... My robot had issues after 6 months and when I brought it to maintenance I was informed that there are no parts to proceed with the fixing. I contacted Xiaomi and they informed me that they can only provide parts to products purchased on their store, even I made it clear that I was willing to pay for the parts I needed. I am very disappointed because they product is great, they just need to get their customer service improved.

Do not buy. Xiaomi vacuum robots are well know for design flaws. It will stop working after few months and your problems will start. Yes it's cheap but there is a reason for it: water pumps will stop working, software is weak. Check on the internet.
