I use these daily and they are excellent and quickly relieve any soreness.I found out the hard way that regularly using ordinary dry eye drops with preservative eventually made my dry eye problem worse and more painful.As other reviewers have mentioned, it has to be a special type of bottle keep the drops sterile. I hold the bottle up to a light and squeeze it until a drop just starts to appear, then move it over my eye.

Wonderful product but it's VERY difficult to get out of the bottle. I have arthritis and can barely squeeze the bottle enough to get the drops out. However, I love the comfort the drops provide my dry eyes.

Found these eye drops easy to use and most of All helped my eyes,My dog also has dry eyes and found these helped.

I agree with a previous reviewer who gave a one star review. Getting a single drop out directly into the eye using a mirror is practically impossible once the bottle is less than full. Nozzle too short, cap too wide, bottle too difficult to squeeze. Much effort expended, only to miss the eye two times out of three! Will go back to the small tube dispensers.
