Fast secure delivery. Used in two rooms with with no extension cord.Product stoped working when used extension cord. I followed the instructions completely. I turned it on while I was out of the room via the included remote and set the timer to 60 minutes. After the timer was done and the machine shut off, I went into the room to ventilate it and covered my mouth and nose. I opened the windows and even used a fan to help ventilate the room. After 4 hours, the smell was still so strong that I had to ventilate the room overnight! It puts out a lot of ozone and has caused me to have a lingering headache and I've been feeling very ill. I had to have my son sleep in a completely different room and far away from his room because of the strong ozone smell hours after using this machine and ventilating the room. It's been over 24 hours and it still has the lingering smell. Everyone in my household has been feeling ill ever since this product was used and no one was ill prior to using it. Had no choice but to send it back for a refund. Our help and we'll being is more important to me than keeping this product. Even after unplugging this product and it sitting unused for hours, it still has the strong ozone odor pouring off of it. If you get this product, be sure to vacate your home completely for a few days and ventilate your home for a few days as well to get the odor out completely or you may start feeling the negative effects of it as well. If I would've known about these side effects of this product ahead of time, I never would've bought it.

This is the best light that I have purchased for sanitation of hotel rooms. After setting it and leaving the room when you return the room has a clean Clorox smell of course you do need to open the room up and air it out but it works wonderful. I would recommend it 100%.

I got this to kill bedbugs. It is a little flimsy and light but it seemed to do the job. There is a warning on it, "Use at your own risk". This is probably because it generates Ozone which is toxic. You must remove all living things from the room where it is activated. I have loaned it to a buddy who is using it against cockroaches. He says it is working.

I purchased this UV light the end of December 2024. I have used for the 4 months continuously. Today (April 25, 2025) it will not work! I have tried all the suggestions recommended, but nothing. How can this item be replaced? It is only 4 months old and I depend on using for health reasons. Please advise.

I really like the Hallow works great. Just follow the instructions on how to use it. I have been using it cause I had a water leak in the bathroom and I didn't like the smell in there and it took it right out. Just make sure you air the room back out. Keep pets away also.

I used the machine in one room for one hour and it was fine. When I tried to use it in any other room the blue light did not come on. I have sent 8 emails to the company and they first sent me a users manual but I had one in the box. I tried everything in the manual. Then they wanted me to send them a video of what it was doing. I sent the video twice along with photos of the machine packed and ready to return for a replacement.I have not heard a thing the past 2 days and still do not know how I can return it for a replacement or my money back. It has a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee but I can not find out how or where to return it.
