I just received this digital scale and am very pleased. It's a tremendous value and the range is super helpful. I needed a scale to weigh packages so I can pre-print USPS shipping labels for items that I sell online. It's much cheaper doing it this way versus waiting in line at the post office and having them weigh it. The build quality and scale accuracy are great. It is powered by either a wall outlet or AAA batteries which were included with the item. The battery life seems good so far and the ability to have dual power sources is great because I mainly use it in a spare room without a wall outlet. The display has good readability and can change from kg, oz, and lbs. The range, which goes all the way over 400 lbs is also helpful, as far as this item's functionality for weighing luggage prior to travel. Overall, this scale does everything I need it to do and recommend it.

This scale is perfect for my business. The small scales would never accomodate the bigger packages. This is pretty durable and a good value.

Great scale works well, easy to read display. Easy to operate. I would just make the buttons better described so I don't have to check the manual all the time to know which button is for what.

I purchased this scale with the intent of weighing large items like luggage and a heavy-duty XL shipping box. The product images showed big boxes sitting on the scale and even a pet, which gave the impression that it was designed for larger, bulkier objects. When the product arrived, I was very disappointed to see that it was just a standard bathroom scale – the kind you’d expect to use for checking body weight. When I tried weighing a suitcase, the numbers weren’t accurate, and when weighing my shipping box, the scale even gave a negative reading, which makes no sense at all. The photos are misleading and create false expectations. If you need something to weigh luggage or shipping boxes, this is NOT the right product.
