It does nothing. It never pulled a single blackhead .Just doing a mess with strong bad smell.

I don't understand why others' review are so bad. This is the best one I've ever tried for nose pack. I applied this pack on my nose area and wait for 15 minute for it to completely dry out. After peeling off, I see a lot of blackhead attached to the pack. This is just amazing. I love this product.
