Really lovely!
It is really nicely made. All the crystals come attached. Very pretty installed. Puts out a surprising breeze and is quiet.

Lightning is beautiful
Product is attractive and the remote set up along with the fixture works great. No noise when the fan comes on.

Looks OK, poorly made
So at a quick glance it looks nice. But the wires used to hold the "crystals" stick out all wimpy along the bottom edge which is what you see. The light bulb fixtures are not placed evenly and despite the same size bulbs being installed some will not fit in due to the "crystals" being closer/tighter due to it not being a perfect circle. When installing one of the screw holes is off slightly and a bar is in the way making it extremely difficult to get a screw driver in.Remote doesn't work 90% of the time

Extremely disappointed
I purchased this item and it arrived without the fan blades and remote control. I ordered the product a second time while waiting to return the initial purchase and that order arrived without the remote control but did include the fan blades. At this point, I contacted Amazon and the seller; they said they would send me a replacement that would have all the parts this time. The third shipment arrived today and was still missing the remote control. This has definitely been extremely frustrating and absolutely unacceptable. The fan comes with a phone app to use in addition to the remote but guess what, it doesn’t work and also states that “some functions cannot be used” on the app.Amazon, why are you doing business with independent sellers who don’t have controls in place to ensure that the product and item inventory are inspected before packaging and shipping? I gave this company three chances to get it right and it never happened.I would NOT recommend this product!

Pretty and modern ordered agai. For another room a year later
The media could not be loaded. So pretty ordered again for another room a year later and love it just the same!Just put it up and it’s quite an improvement from our old fan. Seems to blow air comfortably for us at 4 but will most likely turn it down at night. Also has 1,2 and 4 hour setting. Does not come with light and was really easy to put up. Also should add there was NO assembly of the fandalier which is a plus!!
