Best remedy for cracked skin
Zam-Buk is the most effective medication for treating my dry, cracked fingertips. It helps to heal my skin within two or three days. I first used this product many years ago when I worked in the fish farming industry where my hands were constantly working in cold water and the skin on my knuckles suffered badly. I found Zam-Buk to be the best remedy.

Different formulation to SA or Zim Zam-Buk
Whilst there is nothing wrong with the ointment, it is different to the formulation I usually get from South African or Zimbabwean Zam-Buk. For a start this version is much greener in colour, smells different - maybe more Eucalyptus? and isn't as oily. I noticed this version is manufactured in the UK, whereas my old 60g tin is manufactured in South Africa by Bayer. I much prefer the South African version.

Auntie's cure-all
Just as it was when Auntie put it on bumps, cuts and bruises. Lovely to see original style of packaging still used. Smells great. Supplied at a reasonable price compared to other sellers. Recommend product and seller

Gentle & effective.
Not used it much yet, it's none greasy with a subtle fresh smell. It's an old remedy that's tried & tested.

An excellent ointment
Thank you Amazon for being one of the few who sells this now. An excellent ointment which I mainly use and have done for 15 years for dry thin skin on my hands I used to suffer cracked and bleeding finger tips ,not anymore thanks to Zam-Buk

Not what I hoped for
I have used this product for decades but recently, what I have received has a totally different aroma. It seems that the original recipe for this product has changed and now smells quite unpleasant. I shall not order more.

Really good stuff !
This stuff is amazing from finger cracks to just sore dry hands and everything in between. I put on at night and my hands feel amazing in the morning. I use it wherever my skin gets sore and it smells alright too !
