Very sturdy and well engineered. Spend the extra money if you're choosing between this and a cheaper one, it's worth it. Set up was easy, the instructions were clear and the booklet was a good size that made it easy to read and follow pictures. They shaped the inserts for the slat in a T shape so that the bars don't keep falling as you add more of the slats. We bought another cheaper bunk bed and the bars kept falling as you insert more of the bars since you have to spread the bars it goes into a bit to get them into the holes. This one, we had no problem. Not only that, but they also include plastic locks to then hold the bars into the holes. Since they are in a T shape already, the plastic insert for the hole isnt meant to keep the bar in but to keep it from moving and causing noise. When moving the bars, none of them made any noise, even before adding the center locks. They also include these interlocking plastic center connections that keep all the slats together. When all was assembled, nothing moved nor creaked. There were no missing screws and they provided extra of the plastic inserts. Everything feels solid

Overall, it’s well built and sturdy. I have not yet installed the wall brackets because they will require shims to compensate for the fact that the bed does not rest directly against the wall due to baseboard and toe kick trim. Assembly was straightforward, but installing the 100+ small reinforcement clips (not the large rung spacers) was very tedious. A drill mounted Allen socket is recommended and a time saver.

this is a pretty good product for the money. it was pretty easy to put together, but there was more than one of us constructing it. however it could be done by one person, it just would have taken longer. we were a little worried about the stability and the noise factor being that it is metal, but it isn't a problem at all. the only flaw with it is the ladder. it's painful on the feet to use. we ended up buying padding to wrap around the rungs to make it more tolerable to get to the top bunk.

Sturdy, stylish & just what was needed. It freed up space in the bedroom, looks great & is very sturdy. Delivery was spot on. It took a bit to put it together, but overall, relatively easy. A regular twin mattress fits just right. Steps are a bit narrow, other than that, great.

Price and quality on point extremely satisfied with this buy. Easy to assemble and so far seemingly sturdy
