Doubtful these are the supplement touted on a 30 minute video I suffered through. Severe stomach pain and diarrhea after taking. I threw away the entire bottle.

Still trying to see if it really works i have been taking it everyday now i haven't lost a single pound as yet so I don't think I'll be doing any reordering

The recipe for these capsules are comprised of table seasoning table seasonings like salt and peppePnd many common cooking spices. I cook with seasings because it makes my food taste better with the seasonings. You don’t need supplements that are herbs and petters, and other spices and herbs…. Just my personal choice…Not worth the price, IMHO.

This gives me energy that lasts. Haven't noticed too much weight loss, but am optimistic.

As at least one other reviewer has noted, if you’ve recently seen advertisements saying that Mitolyn “boosts” your mitochondrial activity to help you burn fat, this version contains NONE of those specialized ingredients, and is not refundable on Amazon. This might be an older version of the supplement that they’re trying to unload — the expiration on the bottle I received is only a year from now. I’m out $20 for things I could eat on my own. Check the label before you buy! But I’m not buying a thing from this company ever again, and reducing my footprint on Amazon for this kind of behavior.

I really like these ,they help curb my snacking and cravings. I like the energy boost too.
