I love this item, took me about 10 minutes to get everything unwrapped and out of the box took about another 25 minutes to put it together it’s really easy and straightforward unlike the first one I ordered from another company which came damaged and was just thrown in the box, this one is well packaged easy to follow instructions with tools that fit. I have had a quick go and I can feel that it’s going to be a good workout extra bonus with the resistance bands, I’m glad I took the plunge and bought this item to get fit, you will not be disappointed if you purchase this piece of equipment and it folds neatly away. Not sure if anyone had this issue I’m having with the equipment as in the photo. The equipment itself is good for its purposes. My husband and I are both using it for 2 weeks already and we both like total workout when using it. We started the exercise gradually by 10-15mins as we almost lose our breath and now able to continue using it for 20-25 mins without out of breath. And that’s only in 2 weeks time.Assembling is a bit tricky at first but once you get the hold of it, it is easy. The guide came with label and numbing of its parts. So follow the instructions. The handle itself is ergonomic and each portion gives you different level of resistance to your body.The only reason it’s missing 1 start is because the cushion cover of the handle starts sliding back as photo. Not a big issue at the moment but the gap is getting bigger and we are afraid within short time the handle will wear off easily. We tried to push it back but failed to. Anyone with the same issue?

Easy to assemble, good product, worth the money

For the price I was expecting it would not be a strong piece of equipment and was amazed how well built this is! Not too difficult to put together either as most of it came bolted together. Nearly all bolts and screws attached so that you wouldn't need to go hunting for them or checking you have enough when attaching 4 other bits of the frame!Over a few days of use the performance has been great. I have looked at various videos of their recommended exercises and I'm already getting results in my fitness level. I'm seeing some toning of legs, arms and core. I've still a long way to go to achieve my fitness goals but with regular use I can see this will do the trick.Really happy I got this and of course it folds together making it great to stand against a wall, under the bed, stairs or in a cupboard. Can't fault this gym equipment.I bought a treadmill from some other company before this purchase which cost me 2 1/2 times the price and it was dreadful. The belt would slide around and just walking or jogging on it was a limited form of exercise. I had to return it. I was just lucky to see an equivalent model of the row n ride advertised on QVC which was an old video. After some research of the different models I decided to to go for the Sunny Health & Fitness one. I don't regret it.I'm looking to having an all-over toned body with a strong flat core. I'm no young 20 something either! But exercising will improve anyone's body whatever their age!

Love this. I wanted something that stretched and moved my whole body to help loosen up joints and this does the trick. Can push bum backwards and get a good back and shoulder stretch and pull the handlebars back and forth to strengthen back. Can choose level of pull and how far you push it. Good for beginners. Really pleased with it, and it folds away when you need it to. Price was excellent.

This is great value for what it delivers. I was after a device that could simulate squatting for someone with a few balance issues. It does this in a perfect manner and safely. It’s easy to assemble, relatively light and for the price you can’t go wrong. The only fault I found was the seat , although secure , wobbles a bit.

Ordered this 6 days ago and received it today :) being in quarantine I wanted something that would work out my core and bum. I was getting rather demotivated at home and different sets of exercises was getting boring.I got this after researching a lot and reading reviews. I plan to do 15-20 minutes daily which is perfect and will tackle the two main areas that I want to work on (plus more which is good thing of course).The machine comes packed in a long box.Instructions were so flipping difficult for me to follow and I’m generally very good at it.Luckily there wasn’t much to do. I followed a you tube tutorial instead which was very helpful.There are also workout programmes to follow for this machine which is very handy.It is sturdy. I wish the digital display wasn’t so cheaply made in comparison to everything else.I’ve used it once for 15 minutes and felt the burn in my thighs by the time finished, not to mention out of breath!I’ve struggled with squats for some time now and could only managed 50 during a session. Today I did 150 with intervals.It is my first time so will play around with the settings.It folds away easily (this instruction was the easiest to follow in the book)!It’s just day one and I’m very impressed ...I normally see a difference within a week with outs so will review again next week....
