This actually works amazing on the constant barking. We have 2 dogs, we have a golden retriever and she's instantly stops barking even when the beep happens, and the other who's a petite mini goldendoodle, will not be fazed by it right away, she hears it and jumps but it doesn't work on her as much as it does the bigger dog. So if I have to keep buzzing it, my golden retriever, comes running to me with her eyes squinted like don't do it again mommy. So I feel like it works better on her then other one. Over all though I do like having this and not having to use a shock or bark collar.

I read the instructions and watched the video, and tried it out as my dog was menacing a bicyclist. I pressed sound mode once and it stopped her in her tracks. She turned to me as if waiting for a command so I said STOP IT! She turned back to the cyclist and started growling and I said it again and showed her the device, she growled again and took a few steps toward him and I pressed the button and again she stopped and turned toward me. I called her over and she came right to me. I petted her up to let her know she did good. I've used the NPS since then and it always works, I haven't had to use the other functions once but I know they work because when the mail lady pulled into the driveway to hand me a package that was too big for the box I used it on sound mode to stop her barking, it worked again and she didn't start back. I was showing it to the mail lady and without thinking I pressed ultrasonic with strobe and it shook her (the dog) up pretty good. I always say STOP IT and show her the device and I feel like she's about to have a breakthrough because usually now I can just tell her to stop and she will.

I bought this with hopes of quieting down a yappy dog next door. The dog does not seem too fazed by it. I believe it does not work when he is barking because he is too busy making noise to hear the device. I took care of another dog at my house and when he was staring at the yappy dog (who was quiet at the time) I stood a good 50 feet away and pressed the button of the device and my dog jumped as if he was bitten by something. He immediately ran away from the fence. While it does not phase one dog, it greatly affects another one.

Works great if you are in sight of your pup. I’ve bought a couple of these and they work well. The only problem is when I’m not on the same floor and can’t correct fast enough. It does stop them from barking when I’m within eye sight of them. Battery lasts a very long time.

This worked incredibly at first. We moved into a new house and the neighbor's dog is absolutely convinced we want to slaughter his whole family or something. He sits there at his underground fence line staring at our house barking for hours and hours. We don't even have to be outside. He barks at our back window when we're watching TV. He barks at our front windows when we're in the kitchen. We bought this in hopes of training him to stop barking at us since his owners have zero interest in correcting this behavior. It worked so good at first! He would run away and go back inside of his house. Now he's become used to it and no longer runs away and instead keeps barking. It was absolutely worth the money to for the time that it worked. It's not a long term solution however.If you're buying this to just stop occasional barking for your own dog or others around you, get it!!! If you're looking to train your neighbor's dog to stop harassing you, still get it, but expect that they'll eventually get used to it and so it no longer effects them.

Amazing! Nothing else has worked for the pack barking at the slightest trigger. THIS THING!? Worked like INSTANTLY, and they rarely bark at all now, except for short accurate warning barks- with only the associated QUIET command. It also greatly tamed the dinnertime pack frenzy, turning it from loud chaos to patient anticipation!It does have a limited range, but I found it to be at least somewhat effective ( using the ultrasonic sound) when they are barking outside- THROUGH THE WINDOWS! Stays charged forever. Offers three stimulus choices: audible beep, ultrasonic beep, and 3rd “panic mode” doing all 3 together. Haven’t had to use this one, and July use the ultrasound on 1 dog that doesn’t seem as affected by the audible sound. It is obvious that it works- they immediately flinch and start paying attention to me!HAPPY DAY!Best yet, I think, is that they advertise a refund if it doesn’t work, and if you call them about the problem, you (may) not have to return-

I have a border collie and dachshunds, and this device has been great at getting their attention when I need to stop and correct their behavior. I have simple expectations, and this more than meets them. The battery life and everything else seem great to me. So, if you have stubborn breeds or intensely focused breeds, this is genuinely great for breaking their concentration and getting their attention.Also, I truly appreciated the packaging and the nice touch of a note from the owners thanking me for supporting their small business. It's the little details that build an excellent brand reputation!
