New art medium
Great price and service (delivery), just what I was looking for and I used them as a medium for my collage art. Match boxes ordered today to apply more art to!

Thin and reliable.
I have heard people complain about how flimsy book matches are. This is not a result of a poorly made product, but a downside to matchbooks in general as opposed to matchboxes. Matchbooks essentially have matches made of cardboard as a trade off to get a very thin and pocketable product. Lighting them is simply a matter of technique, I have never bent any. The only trouble I have had with these is that some of the heads "melted" and would not light after being carried in my pocket next to my leg while I was working on a warm day. The heads started soaking into the card backing. I'm not sure if this was caused by the heat or from the moisture or a combination of the two. To solve the problem with melting I take the staple out and remove half of the matches to make mine extra thin so I can slip them in my wallet.

Substandard, defective
I had purchased these before and they were great, but the last order has matches where the strike pad was left off so no way to strike the match. Too late to return by time I used

Arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I was looking for. We covered them with scrapbook paper in the colors of our daughter's wedding reception. They were in a container beside the sparklers for the couple's sparkler sendoff. Guests enjoyed taking the remaining matchbooks home with them. I recommend this quality product.

Really a no as in 0 stars. Terrible matches. Flimsy. Hard to light. Sometimes lights on only side of match that was stricken and goes out immediately. Was buying these for replacement in my Earthquake preparedness doomsday box, but the matches that have been sitting in there for 5 years work better than these crappy pieces of crap. Do Not Buy. I will return.
