It really helps me with sleep quality by getting me into deep sleep.

Works as directed, I take 30 minutes before bed. Have been taking Theanine (Thorne) for 4 months. This is 1/2 the cost of the Thorne product, same quality.

Within an hour of taking it, I couldn’t stop yawning and I was able to go to sleep and not be woke. Woken up when my husband got home late at night.
