Don't know if its good sentvit back didn't fit

Was sent an opened box although I purchased a new one.
The product itself seems fine and the bristles are straight. However I paid full price for a new brush and when I opened the package the brush was loose and the plastic cover was not sealed to the cardboard paper so it was an opened box.
