. trust is important because some high-dose brands are actually selling D2 rather than D3. . I take the 10k IU dose every day, so I was glad to find that dose in a cheap single pill.

Easy to take and digest
Love how small and easy it is to take. The texture is perfect. No side effects. There isn’t a smell to this vitamin. The absorption is very easy. It doesn’t cause an upset stomach.

Times are changing. Stop putting seed oils in our products please.
Almost a perfect product. There is an unspecified amount of toxic seed oil in it but pretty much every other product is 100% seed oil or some form of insulin spiking powdered starch. Remove the seed oil and this will be a 5 star product.

Must have for those with a melanin
This is a must have for African Americans. No upset stomachs, absorbs great, gives lots of energy and overall what is needed to support our skin! Great value for the money and easy to use/swallow.

Take your vitamins, so you can be vital
They go down with ease. I like taking them. I haven't had an after taste yet. These are beneficial for your health. I am so glad that they don't stick together. They are of good quality and I liked the price compared to other sites and stores.
