Weekly dose corrected my lab values
As a menopausal woman, and post bariatric surgery, my labs were showing a low Vit D. Rather than taking a dose daily, my MD stated a large dose weekly would suffice. I found Nivagen and have had no issues with it. In fact, my yearly labs are now very satisfactory, including my Vit. D!

Easy and Affordable
This is a great way to get my vitamin D3 during the winter months. I take it every Monday instead of taking a D3 everyday. No side effects and I feel great. I think it also helps with being in a better mood but that is hard to prove that it is the D3. I would recommend this D3.

No More Vitamin D Deficiency
I was prescribed to Vitamin D2 at the same 50,000 IU dosage. I decided to try D3 since it is more inline with what you get from exposure to the sun. An added benefit is you can buy this over the counter with overall better pricing per pill. My Vitamin D levels are now within the normal range. Update: 4/2/19 Previously I was taking two and sometimes three D2 capsules per week per my doctor's guidance. My Vitamin D levels were in the lower normal range. Using this product, Vitamin D3, placed my levels at the upper normal limits. Doc said to reduce to once a week to avoid potential toxicity. Bottom line, this product works. Remember, follow your doctor's guidance before you consume doses this high. Disclaimer: I am not a doctor and I share this information for informational purposes only. Be smart and follow your doctor's instructions when consuming high doses of any supplement. If you don't, you will probably lose your hair and grow a third eye. (Just kidding on the last part.)
