Great substitute for sugar
This is a terrific substitute for sugar or other sweeteners. It does not have the usual negative reviews about content and effect on the system. Works well if you are sugar free. Slightly less sweet but quite adequate for cooking and other recipes. It does take a bit more quantity than regular sweeteners but has no ill effects on system.

Look no further this is your sugar substitute
My favorite aloe’s product taste great. The quality is perfect. Doesn’t affect my blood sugar has no carbs. It’s like fine powder melts very easy in a cup of coffee or in any dessert

Great sugar substitute
Allulose is a staple in my kitchen, it’s only 75% as sweet as sugar so having a 2lb bag at this price is awesome. I switch between this and monkfruit/allulose blend if I need a 1:1 replacement for regular sugar. Won’t spike your blood sugar and is a great alternative.

Great texture for baking, but less sweet than sugar
I was looking for a sugar alternative since I bake a lot. Texture-wise, this works very well, and it’s convenient that you can use it in the same quantity as sugar in recipes. Taste-wise, it’s clearly less sweet, which is fine for me, but I know it won’t work for everyone. If it’s healthier, why not, but for baking, taste still matters. For now, I’m not sure I’ll repurchase.

No Funky Aftertaste Sugar Substitute
I am a repeat purchaser. I like this product as a sub for sugar. It is not hygroscopic so does not become chunks while in the cabinet. Dissolves quickly in liquids. Used as a 1:1 substitute for sugar in cookies. Not as sweet and does not brown as much as regular sugar but fine in the end product. Cookies had a little softer texture but enjoyable. On my subscribe and save.

This stuff is good. No after taste. Best no calorie sweetener I have tasted.

A good sweetener with no digestion issues.
I am pleased with the purchase and have just ordered more. Unlike other sweeteners there was no digestive issues, works well for cooking and hot drinks like coffee or tea. I use a 1:1 ratio with sugar but it's not quite as sweet as you should expect. Has a more powdered texture but that's fine have had no issues.

I was hoping to like this
I gave this allulose sweetener three stars because unfortunately, I don’t find it to be sweeter than table sugar as many people say that it is. I have found that even when using a ratio of almost three times the amount of allulose vs regular sugar, it still isn’t very sweet. I’ve used this in baked goods such as banana muffins and brownies, but it just does not have the same type of sweetness level. I’ve also used this when making lemonade, but find that I still have to add at least some regular sugar to make it sweet. I was hoping that this would be a good replacement for sugar because of the low calories as I am trying to lose weight, however, I don’t find the sweetness level satisfying. I do think if you’re willing to allow your palate to adjust to this taste than you might find the sweetener useful, however, with the amount that I have to use, I don’t find it worth the money.
