These hydration packets are very good but i do warn you that they do have a salty taste. This product is great if you are severally dehydrated and need nutrition. I dont mind the salty taste truthfully but it may bother some people. Also its not super sweet like some hydration drinks are. I got the mango pineapple one.

I’m saying this because I wish someone would have said this when I was contemplating flavors: - raspberry is very good and easy to drink. It does taste like raspberry propel or a raspberry juice. It doesn’t cover the salt taste very well so if you don’t like the saltiness then dilute with more water and drink it cold. That helps - orange honestly tastes like tang or an artificial orange drink. It’s not bad but I was hicupping the flavor all day and it’s got a bit of a weird after taste at times. This one is very sweet and does cover the saltiness well but I still diluted with more water - watermelons literally tastes like you’re drinking a watermelon jolly rancher. Wasn’t for me, I actually had to dump it out. It’s very sweet and I just can’t drink something that tastes like candy all day. Overall I have been drinking these daily for about a month now and I do notice that I am less fatigued in the afternoon at work and I am yawning less (no my sleep schedule has not changed). I think for the price you’re paying a bit more than you would for other brands but I do feel like there are good ingredients in this product so I don’t mind the cost. These also dissolve very well in water and stay tasting good as my ice melts. I just need to drink these cold otherwise the flavor does get a bit overwhelming until severely watered down. Worth every penny. I haven’t noticed a huge difference in appearance like a skinnier face or less bloating but my skin seems much healthier. I’ve also been very sick and it has kept me going and kept me hydrated! The flavor is not too strong and really good!

I really love the flavor. I switched from LMNT to this brand for the better quality ingredients and at first thought it was too bland but now that I have acclimated, the former tastes way too salty. The only thing that I don’t understand is I ordered my first box from Amazon and then I set up a subscription directly through Instant Hydration and the packets from the new box taste different. Better, I’d say, kinda like a Jolly Rancher - I just don’t understand why they don’t taste identical.

Good taste, not too salty or sweet, feel good about clean and higher quality ingredients, mixes well, no leftover residue. I like the flavor. Seems expensive, but you get 30 packets, and better quality ingredients are worth the investment in the long game. I feel hydrated and energized. Will try other flavors!

For the price of a box, I can appreciate the benefits of instant hydration. However, again for the price of the box, there should be some sort of disclaimer that the grey sea salt, LITERALLY tastes like you’re taking a swig of ocean water. The taste of cotton candy was all but non existent. Dissolved well in water and juice. If youre looking for”instant hydration”,chug or drink quickly. If you enjoy the taste of salt water, this is for you! Taste changes significantly when using fridge cold water compared to water that has come to room temp.

I love everything about Instant Hydration. I was excited to try a different flavor after ordering the raspberry flavor awhile back. This flavor in particular (Mango Pineapple) isn’t as good as the raspberry flavor I have ordered in the past. I love the benefits and clean ingredients. Unfortunately this box came squished / damaged, so I will just put the individual packets in a different container to keep them in one place.
