FIFA 19 Legacy Edition (PS3)

A great game, and a great addition to my expanding PS3 collection.

This game is great, the graphics and quality is amazing, even on a PS3. The game is definetely worth the price. The delivery was fast and on time. This game runs very smoothly.

As expected my son was really happy with this game he got at Christmas 2018. I'm sorry that I can not comment on the game, graphics, new content etc but that's my son's fortay all I know is he's over the moon with it so win win.

It's important to know there are quite a few players, in the main top teams, who's names are not spoken by the commentary team. Also the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium does not feature in this PS3 version of FIFA 19.

It was perfect, I ordered the wrong one originally, so was pleased with this one.

I've played FIFA since the first one on SNES. I am still on PS3 as I am of an age now where it does not seem wise to spend out £400 on a new console when there is nothing much on it I want to play (what happened to the FFVII remake?!) so after waiting for the insultingly priced 'legacy edition' (more expensive than the proper game) to come down a bit I thought I'd give it a go. I knew going into this not to expect much beyond up to date transfers, and it says as much on the box. I knew the game engine was basically FIFA 17 too. But what it doesn't say is how much is actually missing when compared to FIFA 17, which was the last proper one on PS3 before the legacy editions. No effort whatsoever has been made to update player likenesses from FIFA 17 - established PL stars like Son Heung Min still look nothing like real life - and I don't think it would have been beyond the the developers to run a quick script to update these as I am presuming they must look better on the current gen consoles... And it gets worse for Spurs fans - apparently in 'full fat' FIFA 19 you can play in Spurs' new stadium, but not here. They've not even left White Hart Lane in - now you get a generic FIFA stadium - again this is so lazy and it would have been easy for the developers to add updated stadia from the PS4 version (downgrading the quality a bit if necessary.) Spurs don't even seem to be the only team to suffer here, as other top-level teams seem to be missing stadia which were in the older game. If you play online in the league thing, be prepared to expect to wait for a game, and the other player is going to be anything from rubbish to pro, regardless of what league you are in. I'm pretty sure that on PS3 there are still far more players playing on FIFA 17 than the FIFA 19 legacy edition. Many other modes are missing (I couldn't care less about FUT but that remains, of course) but somehow the women's international cup makes an appearance. Something of a novelty but the female players don't play any different to the men so what's the point? I think if objective fans of both the men and women's game were asked "would you like the legacy edition to contain female international players, or make sure the clubs actually have the correct stadia and up to date likenesses?" most people would pick the latter - that's all I wanted! I would say to EA, if you're going to bother to support the older-gen consoles at all, then don't insult people by making it a cynical £45 (yes £45+ on release) cash grab. It's totally ok to have the older game engine, and leave out the daft story mode, and anything else that would be beyond the PS3's capability but there is no excuse not to update player likenesses, stadia, commentary clips, etc - as none of these require the 'next-gen power' of the PS4/XBONE

Terrible, glitching all the time - pretty much unplayable. Reverted back to playing FIFA 11 as gameplay was so bad

Mi hijo venía del FIFA 17. No hay cambios en el juego, únicamente plantillas actualizadas a la temporada anterior.
