Works great to get a Haute42 T16 working with a PS5. Small form factor so it doesn't impact playing. Highly recommend. Note for Haute42 owners: you have to enable PS4 passthrough via the config page to use this adaptor

I got this instead of the other Mayflash Ultimate Magic-S as it sticks out a lot less which was a worry I had when playing. The device sticks out about about 1.5cm so you would have to go out of your way to bend and break it. It's plug in and play on the Haute42 / All Metal Arcade Stick M16 and works on the PS5. You just have to make sure the leverless is updated to the latest firmware and on PS5 mode. I've done a 3 hour long play session with no disconnects/timeouts issues.
