Good taste, good product!
This cheese was fantastic! I made 10lb of homemade smoked cheddar jalapeno sausage and used this cheese for my recipe. It was the perfect size for my hog casing sized brats and it held together great while mixing and stuffing the meat. It melted once I grilled the sausage for consumption, but not before. This bag makes a lot of sausage, espcially if you go with a 10% cheese to meat ratio like I do. Placed it in the fridge and it should last for a year (or until my next batch). I would recommend this cheese.

Solid Product!
I wasn’t sure at first if I would like the high-temp cheese. It was a little pungent coming straight out of the bag. However after we put it in with the deer and beef along with my seasoning blend it turned out amazing. It was my wife’s favorite flavor we made up this time! Thanks for a great product with simple intstructions.

Absolutely superb! We made Jalapeño cheddar sausage. This cheese worked great! Plus it taste is excellent. I will use this cheese from now on. Its nice because I can buy a 1 lb bag, enough for 1 batch of sausage. Buy with confidence!

Excellent product. I used for making Jalapeño sausage. High temperature cheddar cheese was recommended in the recipe. The cheese definitely holds up to higher temperatures without turning to a liquid like non high temperature cheese. I highly recommend this product. I’ll be buying again

A little salty of a product but overall good. Just reduce salt if making fresh sausage

This high temperature cheese is perfect for making sausage in my smoker. The high temperature helps when smoking because it does not break down during the smoking process and remains in a small cubes. Flavor and texture are as expected.

Very tasty cheese
If you don't like stringy cheese, this is the product for you. We made these hamburgers with this cheese in them. They were delicious. The small pieces of cheese were better because they could be tasted as a part of the meal, not just a topping.
