This is a great powder! I make a lot of baked goods, candy, gummies, and this stuff is the best. It is purely strawberry powder-Nothing extra in there like some of the others, so it truly tastes like strawberries. It has an earthy taste and you only need a small amount. It goes a long way. There is some clumping in the bag naturally so you kind of have to break it up but it's very easy to do and it doesn't affect the taste or texture. It gives off a great pink/red color when you bake with it so beware if you're not looking for those colors. Other than tha, truly a great product.

I purchased this organic strawberry powder to use in shakes, cottage cheese, yogurt and juice. It makes it easy for me to get strawberry nutrients throughout the year. The texture doesn't change the flavor of my yogurt and cottage cheese. I like that this powder doesn't contain additional ingredients. It is somewhat expensive. The taste and quality are good. All that being said, it is a bit hard to mix this powder in liquids without using a blender. I'm not a baker. I can't speak to its baking ability.

It is not sweet enough for my tastes so I have to add additional sweetener (sugar, honey). You do need to blend it well because it does tend to clump. Like many of these powders, pre-dissolving in room temperature liquid makes for less clumping, but it also attracts moisture from the air so storing in an air tight container should help. Slightly more work to use but beats having to buy fresh fruit and having them go bad on you.

Pros: Seems to be good quality, organic product, with good flavor when used by itself (photo 1 is a whole scoop of the powder in 12 ounces of just plain coconut milk). It might also work well if you are making strawberry ice cream. Cons: The flavor is easily overpowered by adding other ingredients, especially super greens powder (see photo 2). It also doesn't dissolve well so it might be best to add an ounce of liquid and mix it in and then add it to your drink.

YUM! I have found this delicious tasting powder has saved me from failing myself at night when I want something "sweetie-treatie". I've used it in warm milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, and best of all whipped cream!

Amazon's recommendation. Ha! This has not flavor. I was trying to make a mix, No flavor. Finally just took a taste of the powder, and still no flavor. And 30 bucks down the drain because,of course, cannot be returned since I tried it. Amazon this is so wrong.

I have purchased this item before and it was fine the first time. This second time it arrived clumpy. Clumpy powder is troublesome to scoop and mix as some clumps were the size of a golf ball and others were smaller fragments. I dumped into a blender and poured it back in. It is an inconvenient step and it may suggest some quality control issues at the factory or packaging. If the factory can't keep the moisture out of a dry product then perhaps they can't keep out rodents and their feces either. I won't be buying this brand again.
