Seal broken, has this been used?
Unfortunately the item was taped shut, leading me to believe it is not a new product as I have brought these previously and there is always a foil seal to peel off under the lid. Therefore I cannot trust this product’s authenticity and cannot use it.

I love this product
I love this product and found it hard to find when my local store stopped stocking it.Was thrilled to find it on Amazon!Feels fantastic on the skin, clears the pores and feels like you have had a mini face lift as it leaves the skin feeling fresh and tight :)

Tube covered in sellotape, clearly not new unused or factory sealed.

Arrived completely unusable
I ordered this a couple of days ago it has now arrived and is completely destroyed, the tube had burst and there was sticky face mask all over the inside of the packaging
