Beautiful tree!
I was so impressed the first time that I ordered a second. This is a gorgeous tree - larger than expected, lots of growth, very healthy. The second tree was even larger (ordered a 2-3') at 5'.

Unhappy buyer
I planted this last April of 2025 right after receiving it. As shown, I put in a large pot using the type of soil and fertilizer recommended, placed it in a morning sun and afternoon partial shade location and watered regularly as needed. Also mulched according to directions and despite all that, as of today, 04/23/26, it shows no sign of new growth. Dissapointing.

So far so good. I made sure to order when temps aren't too hot or cold. It showed up looking healthy and the soil was nice and moist. Well packaged. Im going to keep it out of strong direct lige for a day or two to reduce stress. I will update this if I have any problems but so far im happy as can be.

Beautiful Japanese Red Maple Tree
This is such a beautiful tree! I bought it for my husband for our wedding anniversary. It was packaged with care and arrived in great shape. The quality of it far exceeded my expectations and I believe it’s larger than advertised. Thank you to the nursery!

Great so far
The item arrived in a well-packaged box. It was healthy and colorful, and we put it in the ground the next day. The size in the description for what I wanted (3-4ft tall) was exactly what I paid for. So far, so good. I purchased specific fertilizer for Japanese Red Maple trees and it seems to be helping a lot. I will update the review again next spring to let everyone know how it did through the winter here in OH.
