I am really pleased with the quality and materials. It fits well, looks good and exactly what I need. I will be using it for safety while riding my new e-bike at night. I recommend this product.

This vest was the perfect thing for me. I ride a bicycle to work a couple of times a week and with the winter darkness was concerned about safety. This vest is large enough to fit over my jacket and still have room. I think it will even be big enough to fit over my motorcycle jacket. The front velcro closure is a great feature and works very well. It is made to be a little stiffer than the rest of the fabric, which is a good thing, as it makes it very easy to open. Lime neon color is very bright and it has enough reflectors all around. Love this vest, especially for bike riding.

It is very reflective. Several people were killed in our town when their vehicles broke down. One was standing in front of her car. Another driver rear ended her disabled vehicle and made her car crush her. Granted, her car was in a travel lane. Another woman had a breakdown, pulled off of the road a bit and was standing behind her car. Another car struck her and crushed her into her disabled car. The driver who struck her jumped out and ran away, abandoning the vehicle. I decided that being as visible as possible is key. So I ordered a new set of reflective triangles to place far enough away from the disabled vehicle so that other drivers are not taken by surprise. The vests will keep us visible while setting up the triangles. However, if other drivers are drunk, speeding, and distracted by their phones these precautions may not be fully effective.

Great fit and price for big guys!

I'm a big guy with a big belly and would like a longer safety vest.4xl-5xl is quite short and a longer length would be great.

I purchased the vest for visibility during the daylight hours while I'm out riding my bicycle. The motivation emanated from being nearly run down at crosswalks numerous times when primarily 20-something drivers seemed to like to make rolling right turns into the crosswalk that I was occupying even though the "walk" sign was clearly flashing in my behalf.The vest is light to wear, fastens on with a long velcro strip down the front, ventilation is very good to the degree that I forget that I'm actually wearing it.Ive noticed since I've started wearing the bright vest in the daylight that drivers who are just passing down the street that I'm traveling on quite often turn their heads and notice me on my Raleigh Roadster even though I'm not directly in their path. Previous to wearing the vest, I noticed that drivers rarely paid any attention to my presence. The Bright Green color seems to catch their attention even on the opposite side of a 4-lane city street.Size-wise I'm about 5'7" and a bit rotund (I'm riding the bike to lose that rotundness) and L/XL vest fits quite well and covers a few inches lower than my waist line.I will not ride without the vest anymore and while I don't think the bright vest will give me 100% protection, it certainly has raised the odds of my bicycling survival.June 2014: Well, I'm still alive, riding my bike and wearing the GloWare Vest I purchased in 2011. The vest is holding out very nicely and I haven't been run over by a car up to this date. This is really working out !

This is a good value item. It's not as durable as the reflective vests we used in the military but it does the job. It's very lightweight and reflective. Also, and probably the most important to me is the size is correct. Nothing I hate more than buying something and the size is completely off. I just ordered one size larger than I needed in case I needed it for over a sweatshirt and it works great.
