Would the tyre requires re-balancing?

Your tyres / wheels should be in a normal, correctly balanced state PRIOR to inserting the product.
It is not possible to balance wheels/tyres after inserting  a liquid tyre sealant product of any type. Regards Bike-Seal

Does this work with tubed tyres?

YES, it does. However the nature of tubed tyres means they are more vulnerable to piercing or shattering, due to effectively riding on a balloon! There is yet a fail-safe solution to tube vulnerability...We say 75% effectiveness on tubes, and 95% effectiveness on tubeless. Success as with any puncture is down to the extent and nature of the damage, which may not be visible to the naked eye. At the very least if the product cannot cope, it will as a minimum provide safety by slowing air loss and giving extended control until the issue can be dealt with. Hope this helps. Can this be used on car tyres, and is there a size that will treat four car tyres, and how much fliud for each tyre, bike or car??

Bike-Seal provides product for 2 wheels (push bikes and motorcycles). As a general rule 1 x 500 ml bottle will protect one standard large motorcycle for normal road use (250 ml for both tyres). We can advise customers directly  on exact quantity requirements for specific bikes and tyre sizes . 
Auto-Seal is the sister label that deals with 4 wheels, and is the same product as Bike-Seal but provides the product in larger quantities and meets the different needs of 4 wheels, cars, vans etc. The amount required for a car will depend on your tyre sizes. As as a general guide 250 ml of Auto-Seal is required per tyre for tyres of 195 tyre width. (Auto-Seal 1L bottle to protect all 4 tyres). 
For car tyres of width 205 or above 375ml per tyre is required. (2 x 750 ml bottles of  Auto-Seal to protect all 4 tyres).
