These new wall units are USELESS, don’t waist your $$
I bought 4.!!! 3 will NOT HOLD the BED & BATH sent bottles. 4 prongs are not enough strength to grip & hold! I installed and returned 10 minutes later all 3 bottles had fallen OUT of wall unit’s prongs. The old units screwed the bottles in place. The past couple years the old units failed & the company refused to replace . $6.00+ down the drain. These white units are useless! I am a 20+ year customer and am very very upset!

Fitment is off
Does not fit with Bath and Body Works wallflowers. The refills sit crooked because the fitment isn’t exact.

Not B&B compatible
These are really not compatible with Bath and body Works products. If you can somehow manage to get them to stay in there, they still do not grasp the wick and heated appropriately to get scent diffusion

I agree with the others, the thread is NOT the one of the B&BW wallflower so you have to force it to insert (and it inserts crooked) Also the pins on the B&BW are reversible, the pins on this diffuser are not (they are « polarised ») That doesn’t change anything except one crucial detail : these can’t work with ground up electrical outlets (which is the correct, code way to install the outlets) The power pins pivot 90 degrees but not 180. So with ground up (big pin on the left) your choices are either to install the diffuser upside down or on the side which both causes it to leak. You have to manually open it to flip the pins or grind down the big pin.

Jai commander pour un cadeau et les recharges de Bath & Body Works ne sont pas compatible ...sa ne se visse pas bien et ca coule. En plus que j en avais commander pour moi et ma famille mais la date de retour est expirer et je suis pogner avec malheureusement. Je les trouvais plus beau que ceux de Bath &;Body Works et pour le meme prix j aurais due commander les original.
