It checks all the boxes for a great visual ear cleaner: ​Tons of Accessories: It comes fully loaded with a complete set of tips and tools for different cleaning needs. Great for family use. ​Crystal Clear View: The camera resolution is top-notch, and the lighting is bright. The image stabilization is excellent, so the screen doesn't spin around while you're using it. ​Super Convenient: Easy to pair with the phone app, intuitive to handle, and the tips are soft enough that they don't hurt at all. ​Much safer than blindly using cotton swabs. Solid build quality and definitely worth 5 stars!

Impressed with this ear wax removal tool. The camera quality is surprisingly clear and responsive, making it easy to safely see inside the ear canal without any lag. The flexible silicone tube and multiple ear scoop attachments make the cleaning process much more comfortable compared to traditional ear picks, especially for sensitive ears. I also love that it includes tweezers for stubborn wax and extra inspection tools for checking ears, nose, throat, and even pets. The app connection was simple to set up, and being able to take photos or videos to share with a doctor is a huge bonus. Overall, this is a well designed, practical, and user friendly ear cleaning kit that feels safe, effective, and worth the investment for the whole family.

BOING! Very shiny zoomy ear friend! I look in ear, no bonk, no ouch, only clean clean! Little camera go “ding!” and show gross stuff, zoom! Easy for clumsy hands, yes yes. Battery stay alive long time, big surprise! Now ears feel happy and empty like fresh cave. 5 stars! Zoom!

After I read a positive review of this product on ZDNET, I decided to purchase one. After unwrapping it, I realized that its accompanying literature referenced my needing to access a QR code. As I’m not a particularly knowledgeable person when it comes to computers, this threw me for a loss. (This may have bothered other reviewers who didn’t rate this product as highly as I have done.) I struggled with the QR code until I grew too frustrated with the process and gave up. I then decided to return the product to Amazon. As I was filling out the return paperwork on Amazon’s website, I ran across a 22-second video on how to get the app for this device installed and then how to pair the camera with the app. This was just the information I needed to set up my device. Three minutes later I had the camera up and running. Worked perfectly. Great little device. I’m so glad I didn’t send it back. (I did deduct one star from my review because of the lack of clarity with the literature enclosed in the product box.) EVERYTHING works perfectly. No problems at all except for my initial operator malfunction. But that’s all on me, not Bebird.

I am absolutely loving the Ear Wax Removal Tool! The camera feature is amazing, allowing me to clearly see the inside of my ear as I clean it. It’s super easy to use, and the flexible silicone tip feels gentle and comfortable in my ear. The product comes with a variety of ear cleaning tools, including tweezers and different scoop tips, so I have everything I need for a thorough cleaning. The app is also very intuitive, and I love that I can see real-time images of my ear canal while using the tool.

Amazing, I had impacted wax and was having trouble hearing. The app worked instantly and the camera is really clear. I was able to safely and carefully remove the wax and restore my hearing. It is interesting on its own to be able to see the inside of your ear in such detail. I only needed to use the pre-installed tool but there are a variety of tools available for removing whatever is in your ear. I am so grateful for the inventors of such an item

Great product! Definitely take your time when using it for the first time, but it becomes second nature pretty quick! The app works well and connects quickly. For anyone struggling with the tweezer attachment, make sure to slide the larger main piece down fully BEFORE screwing in the tweezers! If it’s not all the way down, it won’t work correctly. Also avoid putting on the tweezer handle if the depth limiter is attached, it can get stuck inside the tweezer handle pretty easily, so remove it first!

Very happy with this product works as described. good quality picture. the only thing that is a little annoying is every time you turn it off, when you turn it back on you have to go through the pairing process each time. It is not a hard process but just takes an extra minute.

Great selection of tips. I've experienced some glitches with the video quality but nothing I can't work with. It takes some practice to use with confidence. Great for seeing all the places your doctor won't show you 😜
