Having never taken any Laxative before, I stupidly researched this Laxative 30mins after already taking a tablet and wholely regretted that decision. Everything I found online (as well as a lot of the reviews on here) said it was an aggressive stimulatant that WOULD cause excessive cramping and explosive Diarrhoea.... This caused tremendous anxiety and regret as I waited for it to take efffect! ..Well for me (thankfully) it did neither and was more of a stool softener. I felt a little discomfort overnight and felt my stomach was tender and a little sore as it took effect but nothing more than symptoms experienced on a typical menstrual cycle. I then went to the toilet 3 times 12hrs after taking but all results were firm and painless.. I have been another couple of times throughout today since with the same results. I'm extremely thankful and relieved and deem it effective and gentle overall I'm not sure I will take my chances on this again though as some of the other reviews and research read as hell fire and I may not get so lucky next time!

These tablets worked well for me. No overnight discomfort and nothing drastic in the morning. I read the instructions before and they were easy to understand, The tablets are small so very easy to take.

Really good product you can rely on

…but it’s worth it. I had to get something to help me out after being on a long course of medication that caused a bit of a back-log. My stomach was cramping a lot, very sore and uncomfortable, so I got onto Google to find something and that’s what I found these little monsters. I have to admit that I was slightly terrified after reading these reviews and did think twice about ordering them but I did it anyway. I left it to a Friday night to try them out, mostly because of all the reviews saying you need some time once it hits and thank the lord I did. Friday around 10pm I took it and within two hours, I could feel a slight niggling in my stomach but off to bed I went. The cramps woke me up at 6am. It had arrived. It was sore. Over and over, fart after fart, the cramps kept coming. I had zero plans so I lay in my bed and went with it until it was time. It wasn’t pretty. Two sweaty smelly hours later it was time and the floodgates opened. My bathroom is about 10 steps away from my bed but when the feeling came across me, I thought I wouldn’t make it - thank god I was still in my boxers for easy access. It started off pretty solid and I thought I had got off lightly even though the cramps were insane but once you start, it just keeps coming and coming. The solidness leaves and the liquid arrives. The smell is horrendous. The heat is horrendous. The pain is horrendous. I never knew you could have so much liquid in you! About 20mins of the best fun I’ve ever had, it was over and boy did I feel better. The pain goes, the hard stomach goes. I think the porcelain lining of my toilet even disappeared! They really do work. Who knew such power could come from something so small. They definitely sort you out, but don’t make any plans for 12 hours after you take it and definitely don’t take it if you have work the next day. Will 100% use again if I feel I have to. I’ll just know what to expect this time.

I was having issues going following a surgery that I needed to refrain using stomach muscles and needed to use opioid painkillers known for stopping you up. This went on for about a week and at this point I was desperate and had tried senna tablets and micralax with some help but not enough. I ordered this and got it next day, took two tablets immediately (around 6pm). Right like it says on the box, within 6-12 hours, I was awoken at 3am with the urge. Everything was easy after the full 9 days it had been. I fell asleep again and went twice more in the morning. If you have any doubts, don't. This stuff does not mess around and will get the job done. Because it is so strong and sometimes will give you strong stomach cramps, I do recommend taking it close to bedtime. Will always have this stocked in my medicine cabinet for those tough times. It's the only one that makes the tank full fully emptied and works the first time with little wait time. Couldn't recommend more.
