I love the idea of taking this supplement in liquid form. Since I have trouble swallowing those big capsule size sypplements. I feel that Berberine has helped me to control my glucose level more; plus help me have more motivation and energy.

I have used Berberine for a long time but, this is the best quality I have found. I use it to aid me with intermittent fasting and it does its job well. There are many other benefits to using this product and I am still discovering them.

Product was easy to take/digest, but in an effort to reduce my cholesterol, along with a healthy diet, my cholesterol actually got worse after 3 months of use. I will not continue taking the product.

I found this supplement didn’t do anything for me. No appetite suppressant at all. The taste was fine. Not worth the money. No Ill effects.

This product does work. It gets rid of the sugar cravings. Stick with it. You do have to want to change this isn’t going to do all the work. And I did use the shots to get my weight off and now this helps to maintain and I love it
