Perfect pads
The cactus pads were perfect in color, texture, and price. A little on the thin side, but it's perfect for adding it to my shampoo and conditioner, and the thorns were cut out.

Took forever to arrive. All of them rotted
It took so long for this item to ship that by the time the cuttings got to me they were all limp and not fresh. I planted them anyway and they all rotted and would not grow.I grow and sell a lot of succulents and cactus so I know what I’m doing. There was nothing I could do to save these pad cuttings

Great
I got four pads like the one in the picture that seem very nice and do not seem to have any spines. I got several pads from another seller that I gave a very poor review to because it seems as though someone just scraped off the spines from the pads and the pads were very damaged. In addition that certainly doesn't affect the genetics and will not produce spineless pads in the future LOL.

🌱Great plants, wrong time to buy
I was so excited for these to arrive and waited 4 full weeks for them to do so. They arrived from California during Wisconsin during our COLDEST week of the winter. These paddles are bigger than my hands! They’re beautiful and smooth, however they were frozen and deteriorating. I immediately contacted Amazon and let them know. I was upset because I was so excited for my prickly pear paddles. I cut them down severely, planted them anyway and I am hoping for the best but not confident. Amazon reimbursed my purchase without any hesitation when I sent them my photos and how they arrived in a cardboard envelope. Just beware of the seasons when you’re ordering...and good luck. (I sure hope I get at least one good paddle to become my mother plant.)

3 out of 4 seem to be doing okay
They've only been it the ground one week. However, one seems to be wilting away. They received only a very small amount of water at planting. I just gave the "wilting one" a little more water to see if that makes a difference. We had a hard rain two days ago. Three of the leaves are now wilted. There were no instructions included with the product so I planted them based upon information from the internet. Hopefully, I did as I should have.Update: Unfortunately, all four leaves turned black and shriveled up. I would suggest planting these in a pot that you can place inside until they begin to grow.

Be patient!!!!
Let’s start with the seller it really stands behind his product, I got the cactus delivered on April 14th, i planted in a pot as soon as they arrived, two weeks later that started to get black spots and they was all wrinkled, so I contacted th seller to get reimbursed, seller send my money back, I keep the cactus in the same pot and since is next to where I have my herbs, I keep watering them, by the begging of June I decided to add some succulent fertilizer, that I got for my Christmas cactus, and by June 18th I have seen new cactus growing, with this said, be patient, they’re not growing and give you new leafs in the first 6 or 7 weeks, at lease that hat it happened to me. Loki good forward to have a bunch of them so I can cook them, they’re very healthy and delicious in a pico de Gallo salads, just don’t add lemon and add some queso fresco 😋

NOT SPINELESS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
For Starters… THESE ARE NOT SPINELESS! THEY ARE COVERED IN LARGE SPINES. W/ some smaller spines sprinkled throughout the pad & all along the edges. Some of which are nearly impossible to see unless you’re looking for them.Delivered extremely late. Which normally wouldn’t be a big deal except for the fact that these were not packaged very well. so as you can see in the photos these are completely rotted & covered in some sort of slimy mold. These were also sentin a box that is 1/2 the size of the cactus pads. So they were crammed & jammed in there after being wrapped in 2 gigantic, thick plastic bags. So the pads didn’t even have any way to “breathe” which I’m sure accelerated the decomp. The second I opened the first bag I was hit with this nasty smell similar to like.. rotting lettuce or plant root rot.So yeah, these are not useable. They are not as advertised. They are the complete opposite of what is advertised so DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Dying or dead within a month-careful in colder climates
Two of the paddles were very nice sized(about the size of two hands together) and the other two were about half the size-still a decent size. They were a bit limp from the get go. Transplanted but they've all started dying with the two smaller ones being completely dead, black and shriveled, in less than a month. I am in a colder climate so perhaps that had an impact but if that's case, there should be some sort of warning on the page.
