Just installed on a water line. Seems to work well, too early to make recommendation.The plastic 1" female threads are a little too large, so NPT pipes are very slightly loose and leak. Remedied with use of a lot of blue teflon tape. The 1" nipples grounded out to make a seal. White teflon tape was not sufficient. I am running at 70 psi, so at the upper end of its range.I calibrated it to work with water, which means changing the coefficient to 1080 (from 1000. I would think unquestionably water should be the preferred calibration, as this model is the one with poly fittings for potable water, unlike most of the other models which are aluminum and NOT recommended for potable water.I have not independently confirmed its calibration yet. My need does not require much accuracy.,Now, six. moths later, the unit is worthless. A very slight jiggle, and the meter reads no flow. A very slight giggle tghe other direction, reads realistic flow rates. I needed this to give me total water usage over a few months. Cumalative shows like 400 gallons, should have been about 3,000 to 4,500 gallons./ Total waste of time to install and money.

Most necessary for measuring water flow . Useful for mixing pesticides and fertilizers when ratios are needed. Much faster than filling gallon jugs 20 to 50 times with water when mixing tanks for spraying. See picture. Quality made with digital readout . When measuring liquid this is must have.

I’ve only used this a little, but so far it works as it should. It’s easy to use, comes on automatically and goes off after some time. Installation was simple annd it’s easy to adjust the measured units- just follow the instructions.I’ll update this review if I have any issues.

Great flow meter for irrigation. Seems accurate. Well sealed for the weather.

Works great and easy to calibrate. But it is very sensitive to viscosity. Calibration needs to be changed between products or same product at different temperatures.

I got this flow meter for my sprinkler system to monitor the amount of water being used and control it a bit better then without a flow meter. It was easy to install into the main line and so far it seems to keep an accurate count of the water flowing through. I only used it briefly as it is winter outside right now but will test it further in the spring. My husband said it is made really well with good quality and it is really nice that it is waterproof on the outside too so it can be installed outside and doesn't matter if it gets rained on. I see no reason not to get this flow meter if you need one, it looks great so far.

I ordered the 1" model that included 3/4" adaptors. But, somehow I got the model that didn't include the adaptors. So, I was unable to properly test this.This is very sensitive. Even just opening the packaging or tilting it causes it to register flow. I ran it under my kitchen faucet and it quickly ran up the numbers. Not a real test, but the best I can do without the expected adapters.3 stars for now, because it wasn't what I expected. I'll revisit this review if I am able to test it properly in the futue.
