I purchased this lamp Nov. 8, 2024. It died February 10th, 2025. I read a few reviews about this lamp only lasting a month or two but thought that was most likely not the case. Turns out I got one that only lasts three months and about 100 hours of use. ***Update: The company reached out to me after hearing about my struggles with the lamp only lasting about 100 hours. They apologized for the difficulties and offered me a full refund or replacement. I was not expecting a response like this so I already replaced the lamp, now they are giving me a full refund even though I'm about two months outside the Amazon return policy. It is great to see customer service of this level and see the company stand behind their products. I will be purchasing my next lamp from them knowing they stand behind their products.

I bought this replacement lamp for my Epson PowerLite 2150, and I’m really disappointed. The picture was dimmer than my original lamp, and it stopped working after only a few hours. Its nowhere near the lifespan I expected. Installing it was easy, but that doesn’t make up for how short-lived and underwhelming it was. Definitely wouldn’t buy this again.

This was my second purchase of this lamp. I initially purchased one in March of 2024. I let it sit on my shelf until August 27, 2024 before I replaced the original lamp in my Epson 2150. The OEM lamp had 8,200+ hours according to the projector information screen. I reset the counter when I installed the lamp. 536 hours later it stopped working. No pop or error lights. It just stopped. It was way out of warranty so I figured I’d just gotten a bad one and ordered another in late November. It arrived and I installed it immediately not wanting to miss out on the return window if there were problems. 53 hours later… POP! It blew out. I returned it for a refund. I went to Epson’s website and ordered an ELPLP97 as the ELPLP96 was discontinued for a LOT less $$ than this lamp. I see lots of people giving good reviews but two failures back to back are unacceptable.

Was easy to install and got almost equal to OEM resolution

I ordered a bulb a few months ago, installed it, and just knew immediately the color and brightness was off. It literally was, well, depressing because it was so “off”. I went to return, but seemed the seller was removed from Amazon. A little frustrating, but I researched better & ordered this bulb and “wow” a 100% change w/my projector! It’s solid and really brought my movie room back to life! Thank you! I don’t usually review this highly, but I’m very satisfied with this bulb.

After we installed it, it caused my projector to stop working immediately. It ruined my projector!

Great quality product. Fit exactly as it should. Picture is bright colorful and pretty clear even when at 110" screen size. We unfortunately did have a little problem with the bulb we ordered after about 9 weeks it stopped working. Contacted ewos and had a reply within a day. They were very quick to get a replacement buld on the way. They definitely stand behind their product 100%.

Bulb is a perfect fitment and provides a seamless replacement. I had some flickering issues that fell just outside of my warranty but the company was extremely accommodating and worked with me find a solution that i was more than happy with.

Great resolution! Also delivered on time. Bulb unfortunately burned out 6 months in but customer service is sending a replacement! Awesome!

Bulb exploded after 34 days.... was quite the pop. I've put 5000+ hrs on previous bulbs and this was first time one actually blew up
