NO NO NO!!! This is an aeorsol can. You CANNOT take it on an irplane, except for the very smallest size which conforms to the airline safety standards. I had to forfeit 16 large cans of BOOST at checkin. I passed them out to arriving pasengers, who received them gratefully (in Albuquerque).

how long will one can last

Depends on how much you use it. I was surprised at how long it lasted. It lasts as long as a can of paint.

Empty vessel.

One measly puff out of it. And that didn’t do much for me. Don’t bother with this product it’s almost a scam. Definitely do not rely on it as a booster if your out hiking or exercising.

No notable difference in sp02 levels

I didn't really notice any difference after using this. I used a spO2 instrument to measure my oxygen levels before and after taking the oxygen, and there was no difference (if anything my O2 levels decreased). Not convinced that this makes any difference whatsoever. Also not convinced this is value for money.
