Caught something over the Christmas holidays and couldn’t shift it for ages so purchased these. I’m super surprised at how well they work. I can breathe so much better now and is the detox I really needed. Can’t fault the value also as it’s a 2 month supply for less than £20.

Exactly as described. Mullein is great for aiding in respiratory health. These capsules are small and easy for me to swallow. There's 60 capsules in this pack. Taking one per day is the daily dose. It's too early to tell if these are currently beneficial to me, being as I've only had them for a short few weeks.

These are average size capsules. They are good quality with no residue in the packet. The packing is very nice and easy to store. They don’t have any particular taste or smell that I’ve noticed. I’ve been taking these a couple of weeks - as a smoker I was hoping to see some benefits regarding the potential for detox. However, so far I haven’t noticed any difference… but with the pollen count being so high it might be difficult to tell. I’ll continue taking them and update this review if any benefits should become noticeable.
