Alfresia 2 Penang Cane and Woven Sea Grass Conservatory Armchairs - Bamboo Natural

These chairs arrived promptly and well packaged. They had to be assembled but it was straightforward and easy to do. They look strong, sturdy and very smart. They are also a good size and not too bulky so suitable for limited space. Although fairly solid they are easy to move around.The cushions sre thick and comfortable and good quality. Prior to ordering I contacted Alfresia for some fabric samples and chose the Linen fabric as it was the best quality. Only downside is that I was sent just one pack of screws and bolts etc which were enough for just one chair. I have had to contact the supplier for a further pack of screws so I can assemble the second chair.

Arrived in three separate packages and were well packed. These chairs are surprisingly comfortable including neck support. We are both under 6ft tall. I have assembled various items similar over the years, the second chair took just over 20 minutes. However, I would recommend using a small power drill with a hex bit but leave things a bit loose until final assembly and finish with the Allen key provided. The base screws are a bit tight so a small pilot hole helps.

These chairs are very good value. Took me about 1 hour 45 mins to assemble, however the hour was spent unpacking the pieces from the box and unwrapping the individual parts. This is a good thing as there was no damage to any of the pieces. They were fairly easy to assemble for one person but I would advise fitting the screws fairly loosely until the whole chair has been assembled then when everything is OK tighten all the screws. Also I would suggest leaving off the wooden plugs for a couple of weeks while using the chairs and then checking to see if anything needs tightening as once you fit the wooden plugs they will not come out again without a great deal of effort.

These arrived in two parcels over two days, one for the chairs, another for the cushions. A little puzzling, but this was the decision of the delivery firm, not the seller. In our present Covid situation, this was acceptable. The armchairs were easy to assemble, and I'm very pleased with them. They are extremely comfortable, and look marvellous in our conservatory. Definitely recommended.

These chairs were for a friend,he is very pleased with them ,also really comfortable.fit his room very well as he has not got a lot space for larger chairs .would recommend for small rooms .

Ridiculously comfortable, we just sink into these chairs and struggle to stay awake, they’re so cosy! They look perfect in our new conservatory. They even support your neck. Brilliant. Lovely, solid design. Excellent quality.

These chairs are perfect, arrived promptly and after just over an hour of piecing together(which was very straightforward) look great in my kitchen.

The item is very good and as we expected.The company's service was bad as was the delivery. Also beware if you have no way of disposing of a pallet by elsewhere as they will not take it away.
