I love these bands for keeping pens handy and my notebooks closed - and to keep loose papers from falling out of my notebook. The band is made with a good stretchy elastic that's held up well with almost daily use for over a year. The pens stay in the loops when you take the band off the notebook. So I can sit on the sofa to write and not lose my pens.I bought a 2nd one for another notebook. Thinking about getting a 3rd one for an art journal.

This band was perfect for holding pens. It is one band with six slots for pens.I bought it to use as a pen/highlighter holder for my Bible, which is about 9 1/2 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches thick. It fits well and is quite handy.

This was recommended as a means to carry the Apple Pencil. Don't waste your money. In fact, don't buy it period. The "slots" to hold your writing utensils are too big and the elastic too loose to securely hold anything. My pencil dropped out in a parking lot and got squashed by a car and so now another $100 and 4 weeks to wait.

I like the concept! The only struggle is that all of my pens and pencils have a rubber grip that makes it difficult for me to put pens into and out of the holes. However, the convenience of having my pens and pencils on the front of my notebook is great! I'm glad I purchased this product!

This band is perfect for my Erin Condren planner and I love having my favorite pens on the strap, makes transport a breeze. My EC brand straps were feeling a bit too tight and this one is just right: snug but with room to expand a little as my planner does. Great price and very well made!

I use with my erin condren planner. And I am able to have several pens, markers on hand. But sometimes when I toss my planner in my bag, pens fall out.

This Elastic Pen Band is almost a requirement for anyone truly excited about a SmashBook. Once you start smashing, you want to save everything from every moment! This band helps to keep your overfilled SmashBook closed and sometimes even helps to keep items inside.The pen holder feature is an added bonus!I would recommend that everyone buy a band when purchasing a new SmashBook because you will eventually get to the point that your book is overflowing with moments and the band helps keep them tucked safely inside!

I use this with my Martha Stewart disc bound notebook (which is my planner) and it can hold several pens. I also sometimes use safety pins to make the band smaller so I can wear it on my arm when i need pens on hand but have no pocket or desk in front of me. Does that make me a nerd? Probably, but it also makes me qualified to tell you that unless your pen has a grip or clip of some kind, they will fall out of this.
