Nice and large! Would work great for curly haired folks who have a lot of hair that hard to hold. Great quality plastic and thick combs.

Followed the instructions to do the bump up ponytail and it looked cute for about 15 minutes until my hair fell off to either side of the comb and the bump was gone. The little "tracks" on the bump up part should be a little deeper to help hold the hair into place. I have a lot of hair, which may also be part of the problem. Tried to use them for doing the bump up in the front it just looked weird. Wanted to like these, but for me they just don't work well. They may work better for someone with less hair.
