I love this preworkout, and it’s become a staple in my routine. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is super refreshing and tasty, has no weird aftertaste, and is much cheaper than grabbing a can of Alani or Celsius every day. I’ll use it before heavy lifting sessions or 6 am barre classes, and it gives me the perfect boost without feeling overstimulated. Most days I only take half a scoop to keep my caffeine intake in check, and even then I feel noticeably more alert and focused. Best part? No itchy, tingly weirdness like other preworkouts I’ve tried. Just clean energy and solid performance. I also use this brand’s protein powder and love it too. Definitely one of my go-to tried and true's in the supplement aisle.

A good quality product

This stuff is SOLID. 10/10 would reco. scoop needs a change but not worth dinging over. Taste- i bought the lemon lime and it tastes just like the yellow gatorade! over ice, in a cute little cup it's become a swap for my afternoon starbucks iced tea. caffeine- i love that it's only 150mg! it's hard to find lower caffeine options and I like that i can better control my dose by half scooping or double scooping. And i think because it's more concentrated, i can drink it as late as like 2/3 pm and not be up in the middle of the night. other ingredients- NO BETA means no jitters, no skin crawly feeling, which i love! but this is also a noticeable difference vs. my other prewo, so if beta is your jam, you might not like this option. also, i feel like the inclusive of Tyrosine definitely makes more focused when taking this product, but could be placebo... packaging- love the narrow tub, graphics are cute and shiny. but this SCOOP IS TERRIBLE. i find the handle to be way too long, which makes screwing the top back on annoying. but i just broke the handle in half and that did the trick. :)

Way too sugary- the flavor also tastes synthetic and not fruity in a natural way. For some reason this also gives me a mild heartburn
