What size is this item? thanks

The label says OS (meaning one size). It has 3 sets of hooks so it adjusts and is a little bit stretchy. My wife wears size 7 (medium) and it fits her OK.

Would this fit a size 16 or 18 pants woman?

Hell yes it will! I bought this several years ago. My weight tends to bounce between size 16 up to size 22. It covers my belly fat flab smoothly. And as long as I stick to hand washing and air drying it has served me well on many occasions. I highly recommend this garter set!!

Thick girls rejoice!!

Got here quick! Fits PERFECT!!!! As a large woman the band hid my muffin top. The garter clips held really well with rough play. Fits over or under almost all my "fun" clothes perfectly! If you are a big girl needing a simple garter belt then this us the perfect choice!!

Cute but not my favorite

I was really excited about this purchase. While it’s cute and I don’t hate, I’m not in love with it like I thought I’d be. It leaves something to be desired in person. But it’s still nice enough that I’m going to keep it. It looks like it’ll hold up okay. Runs a bit small, wish it had a bit more stretch to it.

It's a one size fits all but I am a size 6-8 in womens.. and it fit a bit snug. Second pair I have bought. Really like it! Looks kind of like leather or silk. Can match with alot of things.
