I wish I would have found this amazing item sooner. I have a massive brain tumor that doesn’t allow the fluid of my ear to go down my Eustachian tube. So it must come out my ear. Which I see an ent every few weeks to suck the fluid out. This works it gets the fluid out of my ear. It has that much suction it is wonderful!

I wouldn't suggest this for anyone to purchase. The suction says 6 speeds, but I can't even get this contraption to increase suction much less than suction at all. Should have went with a more expensive model...definitely not worth what I paid for. The tools that come with are decent, but cheaply made except for the tweezers. Truly disappointed. 😒

I have chronic ear issues due to a contaminated stethoscope from work on a isolation unit. I contracted MRSA in my ears, it caused my ear drums to erode and I am now legally deaf wearing hearing aids. I purchased this to remove excessive drainage which has proven it is unable to suction the thick secretions and mucus from the canal. I go in twice a week sometimes to get my ears suctioned by an ENT. It was suggested I get one of these types for home use. It performed poorly on removal on removal of wax and mucus debris.

Gave this to my son and he loves it.

Suction is very poor. Even with using the tool to loosen the ear wax first, the suction was not enough to remove the ear wax.

I tried other products with horrible suction for eustachian tube failure and fluid buildup, but this product has great suction. I gave it 3 stars because I realized I didn't receive all the parts as shown in the picture.

Doesn't work with a fiddle.
