Great for standing and working out. Not so much for rolling.
These shorts are a great material and move well with you. However, these are not going to be good shorts for BJJ. There is no silicone in the band to keep them in place and even with the drawstrings they will shift some. I haven't had them come off, but they are certainly not as secure as my Hayabusa or Raven shorts.That said, really cool graphics and they work well for kickboxing or muay thai.
