This cute foot massage device works so well!! One of the best products i've ever bought !!! Super easy to use and to store or even to take it in your luggage -super lightweight foldable foam pad. After only a few uses I can feel the difference !! Good for chronic foot pain and poor circulation. For best results bare foot use only. I would recommend to start at lower level of frequency and to increase as you wish/ tolerate. It doesn't vibrate but the frequency gives you a tingle. The battery is included and has a long life and for convince it comes with a remote. I totally recommend it! Don't wait!!!

This is by far the best foot massager I’ve ever tried. It has a long battery life and can be used again and again. The convenience that allows you to customize the vibration level has something for everyone. You can do a gentle massage or higher intensity massage to increase circulation and reduce pain. It’s a small enough to bring and travel with in its own bag, easy to clean and store. Highly recommend!

This is a really neat mat but make sure you know your body and its possible responses before using, My husband, teen and myself all tried it and had completely different results. My husband who has little feeling in her feet did not feel any of the lower electric pulses and cant feel anything under 10 and is comfortable at 13. My teen says 1and 2 and 3 tickle, 4 she feels but it doesnt hurt and actually feels good, 6 is to much. Me, i have a nerve condition and level 1 made me squirm uncomfortably and 2 made me jump off and say nope nope. I only recommend if you do not have a severe nerve condition like fibromyalgia. It sends pulses of electricity through your feet to promote stimulation. It has 20 strength levels and you want to slowly change it as needed to the level that best suits your needs. After a month of regular use, my husband has regained some of the feeling in his feet and legs and his pain levels in his feet have decreased. Definetly recommend for people who spend alot of time on their feet.

I have been using for a several weeks now and love the feelings I get from it. I do believe that this along with my treatment plan will help eliminate my neuropathy. It is easy to use and I can certainly feel the stimulation on my feet. The other thing I love about it is that I can take it with me on trips and it easily packs in my suitcase.
