SNORE CHIN STRAP INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP1: To hold the longest loops of strap by left hand(loops side to up) and right hand to hold small hooks of strap(hooks side to down), place your chin on the center hole of the strap.

STEP2: Adjust the loops strap to get Velcro tightened on the top of your head.

STEP3: Fit back side loops-hooks of the strap, adjust loops to make tighten behind of your head. Try to open and close your mouth, adjust the top strap loops again if it still not tightened.

Please wash it softly by hand, don’t use hot water. Suggest to wash it after 2 weeks used.

Day1: Please wear it comfortably and make sure not influence sleeping. (Adapt to it day by day)

Day2: Please adjust to more tighten from top of your head to reduce your snore.

Day3: Please adjust to more tighten from both top and back of your head to reduce your snore.
