Read about each ingredient & combined effects ... use advisedly.
This product should come with much more info...read the studies about the ingredients. Uvi Ursi, while effective, is not safe to use for extended periods, also it is most effective in an alkaline environ, yet combined here with acids. On their website I let them know 3 of their 4 links about uvi ursi were defunct. The pain relief, should be researched too. When questioned about duration or frequency of use that is safe, , the company resorts to the "talk to your doctor"response. Use with caution...
