I was skeptical at first, but after using JointAlive for a few weeks, I can confidently say it has made a noticeable difference in my joint health! This is probably one of the few joint supplements that I could actually tell was making a difference with knee stiffness and discomfort. I have been without the supplements now for a few weeks, and the difference is even more noticeable. I may have to re-order! Highly recommend!

The JointAlive Herbal formula left me confused with the dosage. I am taking the supplement to see if I can get more mobility in my artifical knees that have been replaced twice and as I ride my stationary bike for 30 miles each night, I need more mobility to push myself into a new goal. The glucosamine I currently was taking is much stronger in mgs compared to JointAlive. I am taking one JointAlive every night when I ride my stationary bike and I have found that my thigh mucles are not as tight as they use to be; they are more relaxed and getting stronger. The price is really high for me as truly you are only getting one month supply for that price and I can get almost 6 month supply of glucosamine &chondroitin with MSM for a larger quantity. However, I have been only taking the supplement for 9 days so as I improve, I will return and update my review. DISCLAIMER: I received this product free via Amazon's Vine Program.
