Excellent flavor and quality. It’s the quality of the spices in it that struck me as superior to most of the Berbere spices I’ve bought from the African markets near me.

There is a flavor component missing from this batch of seasoning - it tastes more like a yellow curry and nothing like Ethiopian berebere; the packaging stating that it is berebere is incorrect. There was literally no heat to the spice either, it was very mild. This was my first try using this brand; again while it wasn’t bad I will not reorder.
